Fionnula Moulton

Fionnula Moulton has been in the business of interiors and retail for over twenty years, with a passion for textures, an eye for art and an unrivalled network of international contacts who she collaborates with to create complete design concepts for interiors, fusing the discipline of architecture with the imagination of design creating elegant contemporary compositions. Fionnula started her business with a chain of retail home ware stores which also offered Interior Design services. The success of these shops was vast and Fionnula travelled the globe from the UK to France, Italy and Germany, North & South America to the far east sourcing the extensive product range that the shops stocked.

As the market changed and became more competitive Fionnula put all her talent and energies in to developing the interior and fit out side of the business, releasing from the shops in order to give clients direct deals from manufacturers and suppliers. She now invests considerable time growing her already enviable network of contacts and continues to travel the world to source new materials and broaden her mind.

Fionnula has a portfolio of completed projects from designer penthouses to apartment blocks of fit outs for developers and investors, hotels and spa fit outs, country mansions, and designer show houses. She takes International design trends to the client adjusting to suit the property, the budget and the client's personal taste. On a personal side Fionnula has always been a follower of designer fashion and she uses these designers to compliment her projects, designers that Fionnula likes to use in the designer fit outs to name a few are Fendi Casa, Kenzo and Ralph Lauren. The Moulton Design Company delivers contemporary international design on brief, and on budget every time.

Lisa Canning

Lisa Canning has worked with Fionnula Moulton for the past twenty years. She originally worked for a large department store in a managerial position and then joined Fionnula's retail home ware stores "In Shops" as part of the management team. Lisa worked along side Fionnula on the buying for the shops and she has a keen eye for detail, with an artistic flair, she is also a skilled visual merchandiser, when the company changed direction Lisa brought this talent to Moulton Design and the fit out business. Lisa works in house on all of the Moulton design projects and brings the packages together, managing the team of workers that have been with Fionnula/Moulton Design through the years, these include assemblers, Kitchen fitters, electricians, carpenters, joiners, decorators, landscapers etc., and a strong admin and corporate finance team.

The expansion of the company in to the International market has meant Lisa and Fionnula have to work strongly together to keep the company up to date and ahead all the time. While The Moulton Design team are working under Lisa's instruction on projects she will always put the final touches to all designs to give a vibrancy and individual feel to each job. Lisa travels to all the key trade fares and shows to constantly update the looks and designs for Moulton Design. She plans project schemes down to the finest detail to ensure the client gets the best completed job from The Moulton Design Company.
